The Wayfarer's path is an interesting ring tour between the Gressoney Valley and the Vogna Valley, to retrace the historical path of wayfarers looking for work across the Alps ...

 

The path can be done in both directions, although here we will describe the historical itinerary starting from Val Vogna.

 

Reach the thin hospice from Cà di Janzo, then go down to the Valle d'Aosta side and reach Gressoney, then reach the ski lifts (check their effective opening) and then go down to Alagna Valsesia. In high season shuttle available (check timetables) to reach Riva Valdobbia, from there go up towards Cà di Janzo.
